At Nisa Scarves, we believe modesty is more than just a way of dressing. It’s a reflection of strength, grace and identity. Our journey began with a simple goal- to create beautiful, high-quality hijabs that help women feel confident and stay true to their values. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to bring together timeless modesty and modern style. We’re more than just a brand. We’re a community that celebrates faith, culture and the unique stories of women everywhere. Thank you for choosing to be part of our journey.
📦 Shipping: All orders will aim to be shipped out by the next working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received the tracking please email info@nisascarves.com with your tracking number and we will provide you with it. Once your order is with your courier we are not responsible for your package.
🌍 International Orders: Please note that international customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs office.
↩Returns: We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return your item, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the hijab must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For any issues or to start a return, please fill out the contact form. Shipping costs are non refundable and we do not cover the cost of returns.
